Large floor plans in an elevator building with private outdoor space highlight Wicker Park’s newest condominium development.

CHICAGO (July 14, 2021) – Construction is now complete on the condominiums at Alcove Wicker Park, a new 55-unit luxury development from Chicago-based Vermilion Development. The project is Wicker Park’s largest new condo and townhome development in more than 15 years. Sales and marketing are being handled by @properties Development Group.

Alcove Wicker Park sits between Division Street, Paulina Street and Milwaukee Avenue, located just steps from the neighborhood’s eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The residences are thoughtfully set back from the street, surrounding a professionally landscaped courtyard designed to offer residents a sense of privacy and community.

Designed by Hirsch MPG Architecture, the seven-story elevator building features 1,365 to 2,430-square-foot floor plans with two to four bedrooms, and single-level or two-story layouts, each with private outdoor space. Two-bedroom units are almost sold out, while base prices for available three- and four-bedroom residences begin at $800,000, and deeded garage parking is available from $37,500.

A new decorated model residence, Unit 405, is now open. The three-bedroom, three-bath 1,860-square-foot plan features a spacious and bright living and dining area, and a large balcony accessible by both the primary bedroom and the living room. All condominiums feature 9-foot ceilings in the living areas and 5” wide plank wood flooring in the main living areas. Kitchens include Viking appliances and designer Copatlife cabinetry.

“Seeing the completed building for the first time has been an ‘Aha Moment’ for many homebuyers. When you enter the courtyard from Division, you really get the sense that this is a true oasis in the heart of bustling Wicker Park. It’s unlike anything else in the neighborhood in terms of the combination of privacy and convenience,” said Kerry Dickson, Managing Director at Vermilion Development.

“At a time when inventory is low throughout the city, Alcove Wicker Park offers a variety of plans and price points to choose from, all for immediate delivery,” added Cyndy Salgado, Executive Vice President of Sales for @properties Development Group.

In addition to the condominiums, Alcove Wicker Park also offers 12 townhomes, each with four levels of living space, attached two-car garages and private rooftop decks. Townhome base prices start at $1,130,000 and will be ready for delivery on a rolling basis throughout this summer.

Alcove Wicker Park is located at 1648 W. Division St. The model is open Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM, and Tuesday from 11 AM to 1 PM, or by appointment. Enter through the courtyard between Target and Philz Coffee. For more information, visit www.alcovewickerpark.com or call 312-224-2545.
