Construction Now Complete on Condos at Alcove Wicker Park

CHICAGO (July 14, 2021) – Construction is now complete on the condominiums at Alcove Wicker Park, a new 55-unit luxury development from Chicago-based Vermilion Development. The project is Wicker Park’s largest new condo and townhome development in more than 15 years. Sales and marketing are being handled by @properties Development Group.
Alcove Wicker Park sits between Division Street, Paulina Street and Milwaukee Avenue, located just steps from the neighborhood’s eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The three-bedroom, three-bath 1,860-square-foot plan features a spacious and bright living and dining area, and a large balcony accessible by both the primary bedroom and the living room. All condominiums feature 9-foot ceilings in the living areas and 5” wide plank wood flooring in the main living areas. Kitchens include Viking appliances and designer Copatlife cabinetry.
