Developer Breaks Ground on New Single-Family Homes at Lake Forest’s Kelmscott Park

Chicago-based developer Focus and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties Development Group, have announced the groundbreaking for two new single-family homes at Kelmscott Park, a luxury residential community in the heart of Lake Forest. Kelmscott Park offers a rare opportunity for maintenance-free living in a detached residence on the North Shore, just a short walk from downtown Lake Forest.

Each of the two homes feature two stories, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and more than 3,000 square feet of living space. In addition, all Kelmscott Park buyers have the option to join the KP Club, an on-site clubhouse with indoor/outdoor amenities including a fitness studio; tech café with conference room; fireplace; event space with a caterer’s kitchen, lounge and private dining; and an outdoor lounge, with a firepit, grilling stations and gardens.
