With in-person showings limited at most new developments throughout the spring, our in-house sales & marketing teams sprang into action to execute a number of virtual solutions. These included video tours for every project; Zoom buyer/prospect events, including a meditation event, spring golf tune-up and interior design Q & A; and live-streamed open houses allowing buyers to tour new models from the comfort of their couch. Even as homebuyers begin to venture out, we expect these virtual strategies will evolve and continue to be a part of the new-home marketing mix.
