Alcove Wicker Park Announces Move-In Ready Townhomes, New Townhome Model

Chicago-based Vermilion Development and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties Development Group, have announced that a selection of luxury townhomes are now available at Alcove Wicker Park, a new community between Division Street, Paulina Street, and Milwaukee Avenue.

Located at 1648 W. Division St. in a private, off-the-street location, the four-story townhomes feature 2,895 to 3,475 square feet, four bedrooms, three full baths, a half bath, an attached two-car garage, an indoor-outdoor top floor penthouse, and private outdoor space on three levels. The homes are designed by Hirsch MPG Architecture, and have 9’ ceilings in living areas and bedrooms, a first-floor office or bedroom, and designer finishes such as Viking stainless steel appliances and Italian cabinetry. Townhome prices start at $1,130,000.

Alcove Wicker Park’s brand-new townhome model features floorplan A, a home with 2,895 square feet across four levels. Three bedrooms are located on the third level, while the fourth bedroom is on the first floor. This room can also be used as a den, home office, exercise room, or playroom. The second level of the home features an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, which opens to a 16’-4” X 5’ balcony. The fourth-level penthouse opens to a large 21’6” X 10’-10” terrace.

“Alcove Wicker Park’s townhomes appeal to city homebuyers on the hunt for spacious, maintenance-free living in a vibrant location,” said Kerry Dickson, Managing Director at Vermilion Development. “The community feels tucked away and private, but is also within steps of all the conveniences of city life – restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and stores.”

“Between its location and features like private outdoor space and large living areas, the townhomes at Alcove Wicker Park are a refreshing addition to the market,” said Cyndy Salgado, Executive Vice President of Sales for @properties Development Group. “And the fact that they’re move-in ready means buyers could literally be in a new-construction home by the holidays.”

The Alcove Wicker Park development also includes a separate condominium building with 43 residences. Floorplans in the 7-story elevator building include two to four bedrooms and 1,860 to 2,430 square feet, and are priced from $600,000 to over $1,100,000.

Alcove Wicker Park is open on Tuesdays from 11:00am to 1:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 3:00pm. For more information, visit www.alcovewickerpark.com or call 312-224-2545.
