We spoke with Jiji Mathew, co-owner and co-director of Citrix Group, to discover the magic behind the community and its homes and to learn more about @properties Development Group (@DG) assisted in bringing this meticulous project to life.

 “We wanted to build something new, something with spirit,” says Mathew, who acquired  one of Geneva National’s last parcels of land in 2021. Since then, with the help of @DG, he has ushered in a contemporary visual vernacular and perspective that he believes will breathe new life into this established private community. “Four or five years ago, the average age for people moving to Geneva National was 50+. Today, we see residents who are 35 with two kids. That expansion of the buyer base is what gave us the confidence to step away from the traditional architecture that previously was synonymous with Geneva National.”

As the first official partnership between Citrix Group and @DG, Mathews couldn’t be happier with the project’s progress. “This is our first time working in a golf course community, so having @DG’s expertise in marketing and in-depth knowledge about the market have been crucial to our success,” says Mathew. “We knew we had the opportunity to create something very unique, sustainable and on-trend, but would never have been able to bring the vision to fruition with our collaboration with @DG.”
